EMBER Smart Heating Control Update
Enjoy the major release of the EMBER Smart Heating Control App with its complete new user interface and experience. This update brings improved and intuitive navigation, making it easier for users to access their homes, zones, boost function, mode change, schedule screen, home and account setting menu, and much more. The app now supports 2 types of heating systems - EMBER PS (Programmer based system) and EMBER TS (Programmable Thermostat based system).
One of the new features is the Quick Boost, which allows users to set the Quick Boost temperature for heating zones. The Advance Function, available only for the Programmer System, can now be activated directly from the Zone Control screen. Frost protection can be enabled via the burger menu for added convenience.
The setup process has been improved for enhanced security and convenience, allowing the installer to set up a customer home with their own credentials. Once the home owner logs in, the installer is removed from the home and the home owner is assigned Super Admin status. User management has also been upgraded with an extra security layer and more detailed user information.
Additionally, users can now have a complete overview of their programming schedule on the Schedule screen, and the app supports enhanced location search using postcode and Eircode during home setup for quicker and more accurate home location.
